EXODUS 5 BUILDING, NEW IPSWICH, NH 03071 603.878.4500 Fax 603-878-4500 www.cottb.com I, the undersigned, hereby consign the item (s) listed to Consign of the Times Boutique, 949 Turnpike Rd., New Ipswich, NH 03071 for a period of 60 days. Prices will be set by management at the time of consignment. Sales are determined by management.
If the items are sold within the 60-day period, I will receive 40% of the purchase price for clothing and other items. After 30 days, merchandise is automatically reduced to 20% for the item. Out-of-season and overstock items are subject to clearance sales (50% Sale in Jan. & Jun.) and/or price adjustments according to market demand. After 60 days if merchandise is not sold, Consign of the Times Boutique will donate all items to local charities and all items become property of Consign of the Times Boutique. Should you desire your items to be returned the responsibility will be yours to pick up your expired items by the expiration date. Any items left past expiration will be donated to local charities to make room for new consignment. We can not hold you items aside to due space constraints. __________(please initial) Checks will be issued on the 5th of each month for amounts of $10.00 or more occurring in the previous month. Any amount below $10.00 will accrue until the following month's check. Checks not picked up by the 5th of the next month will be mailed to the consignor for a fee of $3.00. This amount will be deducted from their account. I hereby warrant that I have completed title to the merchandise listed, and I will not hold Consign of the Times Boutique responsible for any claim or title to it.
